Exclamation Diagram 562 Quick Fit Road Sign

This danger warning sign features an exclamation mark on a white background. It is used to warn drivers that there is a hazard ahead and is generally used in situations where there is no other more appropriate warning sign. It is fully compliant with all regulations when deployed within the guidance of the ‘Chapter 8’ guidelines.

This particular sign is part of our quickfit range, you will need to buy a frame for it separately. The hole centers on the 750mm version are at 300mm centers. This sign is made from 3mm plastic, which is thicker than a lot of signs available elsewhere. 

We have this same sign face available in many other formats, including cone mounted, plastic, roll up, and traditional metal street works frames.

Quick Fit Reflectivity Grades

RA1 - Suitable for street works and slower speed limits, this is supplied on all 650m and 750mm sizes.

Class 2 R2 / RA2 / HIP - High-intensity Prismatic, Suitable for high-speed roadworks on motorways, national speed limits.

Measuring Hole Centres

These should match the sign frames that you already have, or are intending to buy. Some of our signs will come with both sets of holes drilled. 

Measuring Sign Face Size

The size of the sign face that you need will be dictated by the guidelines in the Chapter 8 guidelines.

Backing Material

Smaller sizes of signs (650mm & 750mm) are available on a 3mm plastic backing board. Larger sizes are fixed to a more rigid GRP backing board. GRP signs are fitted with eyelets for extra strength. If you need Composite or Dibond sign faces please call us.
