Made from aluminium, these leg guards were developed to add an extra layer of defence between a bench’s supporting structure (it’s legs) and the environment - acting as a shield against liquids, solids and other forms of abrasion.
More than just being visually pleasing, these base covers are designed to reduce the effects of pedestrian wear and tear, but more importantly they protect the bench legs from erosion and corrosion from pets and other urban animals.
