Armorgard Instagate Expandable Barrier Gate
This excellent expanding barrier system is the perfect system to keep your work site or area cordoned off. It can be used for many applications, including crowd control and pedestrian traffic management. With its expanding design, the Armorgard Instagate barrier is perfect for busy construction site entrances where there is not enough space for a traditional gate, it can be used to control pedestrian access and vehicle traffic, improving both site security and safety.
Available in two heights the Armorgard barrier can be used to control both vehicle and pedestrian traffic. Each gate includes six wheels that are extra robust and suitable for use on a variety of surfaces. Linking kits can be purchased separately that allow multiple expanding barrier sections to be linked together. Locking wall anchors are also available allowing you to create a secure gate that can only be opened by authorised personnel.
When collapsed this Armorgard expandable barrier can easily be wheeled into position, tilted with its unique latching system keeping it closed making it easier to turn corners whilst getting the barrier into position. The contrasting red and white colour of this barrier helps it visually stand out from the surrounding area.
Braked Wheels
The end sets of wheels feature brakes that can be engaged to lock the barrier in place. This feature is ideal for preventing the gate from being collapsed when it is deployed.
Large Wheels
The included wheels are robust and suitable for navigating a range of surfaces. Including tarmac, concrete and grass whilst deployed and on the way to the installation area.
Vibrant Colour
Powder coated in a vibrant high visibility red and white, this barrier stands out from its surroundings, making it easy to spot for pedestrian and vehicle traffic.
Robust Mechanism
This is the latest version of this barrier and features an improved expanding mechanism, allowing the barrier to expand effortlessly on flat surfaces.
Fast Deployment

When in transit these barriers take up very little space, with a maximum footprint of only 410mm x 520mm.
Lockable
With optional extra locking brackets you can lock this barrier gate to an adjoining wall ensuring that it can only be opened from one end.
Linkable
Linking connectors make securing two or more barriers together easy, ensuring that dangerous cable ties are not used. They can also be locked, ensuring they stay closed when unattended.
