Black Bull Racking End Protector System For Pallet Racking

Use the Black Bull Racking End Frame Protector to prevent damage to vulnerable pallet racking. This adjustable protector can deflect forklift and pump truck impacts when placed at the end of a racking aisle.

Bolt down installation allows these protectors to be installed quickly and easily onto any flat secure indoor surface. The large end deflectors not only feature contrasting warning chevrons but can also be adjusted to suit differing racking widths. This fine adjustment allows for a close and accurate fit offering maximum protection for your pallet racking.

Each Black Bull adjustable racking end frame protector comes in a bright yellow powder-coated finish. This durable finish makes it easy to see in warehouse environments. Each end frame is fabricated from heavy-duty 5mm thick steel. The cross beans on this racking protector are made from high-quality 3mm gauge C section steel.

Roller Ends

Available on only the end fixed protector. The roller end option helps deflect low-level impacts. The rollers can help reduce stress on the fixings and flooring in the event of a heavy impact.

Width

There are three widths available. Each is adjustable within a min and max-width parameter. 900 - 1300mm, 1700 - 2100mm, 2300 - 2700mm

End Or Centre Fixed

The end fixed barriers offer more “wrap around” protection of the first set of legs at the end of the barrier. They have to be fully adjusted before being bolted into place. The centre-mounted barriers can be fine-tuned once in place.
