This hanging height restrictor rail from Procity can quickly and cost-effectively warn drivers if their vehicle is too tall for an area without causing unnecessary damage to the vehicle or the bar.
You can suspend the Procity Height Restrictor Rail from a high restrictor frame or any overhead structure. As the bar is suspended on chains, it can move freely out of the way of an oversized vehicle. In the process of doing so, however, it makes enough noise to alert the driver that they are making contact, discouraging them from continuing further. This sound is where these rails often earn the name “roof rattlers”.
If you are looking for a cost-effective way to prevent otherwise costly damage to a building's infrastructure, this rail should be a strong contender. The tube features red reflective banding on a white background, helping it to stand out, and providing a warning at a distance for motorists.
