JSP Titan Barriers

The titan barrier from JSP is unique in that it is one of the only barriers that we sell to be injection moulded. This also makes this barrier one of the strongest barriers that we sell. At 15Kg per unit, it is still easily lifted by a single worker. The barrier is also supplied in a strong red colour, a contrast to all the orange chapter 8 barriers out there.

Each barrier is coupled to the next by a black coupler (included with the barrier when purchased). Multiple barriers can be coupled to the same point to create “T” sections and brace against the wind.

The feet on the JSP Titan have a reputation for being ultra heavy-duty, they are some of the strongest on the market.

The JSP Titan is not all brute though; it incorporates some clever design elements that make the barrier pleasant to work with. Drainage holes on all flat sections mean that rainwater will not pool and soak whoever next moves them.

A reflective strip is present on one face that when presented to vehicles offers increased visibility, ensuring pedestrian areas are clearly seen. This reflective strip is compliant to EN12899-2 requirements.

High Stability

The Titan barrier can be pushed up to 45° to the vertical and will still return to upright when released. This makes it a very stable barrier, and highly wind resistant. The wind resistance of the barrier is further improved through the use of the SureFoot. The SureFoot System is available separately and is an alternative to sandbags that adds ballast that ‘locks onto’ the foot of the barrier.

Embossing

Custom embossing can be arranged on the Titan Barrier allowing you to display your company information and logo. There is a minimum order quantity and depending on volume required may also be a setup charge.

Easy To Transport

The Titan barriers can be laid flat with the feet rotated so they can be easily transported with a total of 40 units fitting on a pallet. This makes them cheap to transport and store.

Custom Colours

We can have this barrier made in almost any colour to suit your corporate needs and branding. There is a minimum order quantity that applies for this.

Super Durable

Injection Moulded meaning it can withstand being run over by a 4000kg Forklift and still be used afterward.
