Blue Diamond Soilscraper Entrance Mat 90x150cm

The Soliscraper entrance mat is your typical door mat that sits outside an entrance, ready to tackle the toughest dirt and grit from people's footwear as they approach the building. It features an aggressive tread pattern made from hard-wearing rubber that takes dirt head-on.

With a low 7mm height and tapered edges, this mat is not only anti-slip but also anti-trip, making it perfect for use outside busy entranceways with lots of foot traffic. The Soilscraper is made from recycled and natural rubber, making it exceptionally durable and capable of withstanding oily and greasy environments. This makes it perfect for engineering areas as well as commercial and industrial kitchens.

The backing of the Soilscraper has a non-slip grip pattern that ensures the mat stays in position on most outdoor hard surfaces. This reduces the risk of the mat itself sliding and becoming a slip risk.

Slip Resistant Level 3

This mat is rated a 3 out of 3 for slip resistance based on testing from ASTM C1028-89 and DIN-E-51130, 51097, and customer feedback. The higher the level, the better. This rating is ideal for areas that have a high risk of slipping.

Anti Fatigue Level 1

This mat has an anti-fatigue rating of 1 out of 3, meaning it will help relieve pressure on feet and combat foot fatigue. This rating is based on testing from ASTM D3574, where the deflection of the mat is measured whilst a load is placed on it with a higher deflection, scoring a better rating.

Crush Resistant Level 2

This mat has a crush resistance rating of 2 out of 3, meaning it is suitable for medium-duty applications with medium loads applied to the matting.

Wear Resistant Level 3

This mat has been tested for abrasion resistance and scored a 3 out of 3 (the highest score). In accordance with ASTM D3844-92, accelerated wear testing includes subjecting a sample to an abrasive wheel for 5000 cycles. This wear-resistant mat is ideal for heavy-duty applications.

Soil Resistance Level 2

This rating indicates the weight of dust and dirt the mat can collect and cope with. With a score of 2 out of 3, this mat is suitable for use in areas with a medium level of dirt ingress that needs capturing.

Zone 1

This mat works best when used as a front-line defence against the heaviest of contaminants. It should be your first 1.5 metres of matting and should catch and retain 40% of dirt and water. It works best when put outside the front door.

Wheeled Area

Designed for use with wheeled equipment like trolleys and pallet trucks.

Temperature Resistant -20°C to +130°C
