Blue Diamond, Diamond Interlocking Rubber Mat - 710 x 780mm

The Diamond interlock mat is a rubber mat designed with modularity and ease of installation at its core. Available in both centre and end sections, it allows you to quickly build an anti-fatigue, anti-slip area of matting to the required size without any special tools or cutting.

This interlocking anti-fatigue mat is impact-resistant and suitable for use where trolleys and other wheeled materials handling equipment are used. Centre tiles have a tapered ramp on either side, while end tiles are ramped on three sides. This ensures a finalised deployment that is bevelled all the way around, reducing trip risks and allowing wheels to pass over easily.

As anti-fatigue mats, these mats offer excellent support to machinists, assembly workers, and those packing orders or working on service counters. They reduce foot fatigue and allow greater productivity as workers can focus on the task at hand.

This mat is rated a 2 out of 3 for slip resistance based on testing from ASTM C1028-89 and DIN-E-51130, 51097, and customer feedback. The higher the level, the better. This rating is ideal for areas with a medium risk of slipping.

Anti Fatigue Level 3

This mat has an anti-fatigue rating of 3 out of 3 (the best score), meaning it will help relieve pressure on feet and combat foot fatigue for those standing for long periods. This rating is based on testing from ASTM D3574, where the deflection of the mat is measured whilst a load is placed on it with a higher deflection, scoring a better rating.

Wear Resistant Level 2

This mat has been tested for abrasion resistance and scored a 2 out of 3. In accordance with ASTM D3844-92, accelerated wear testing includes subjecting a sample to an abrasive wheel for 5000 cycles. This wear-resistant mat is ideal for medium-duty applications.

Impact Resistant

Suitable for areas where there is a high chance of impacts striking the matting, it will also protect the underlying surface from impacts.

Wheeled Area

Designed for use with wheeled equipment like trolleys and pallet trucks.
