Carters Shocksafe Insulated Point Bar BS8020

This point-digging bar from the Shocksafe range features a pointed end that is ideal for breaking up soil when starting to dig a hole or make an excavation by hand. Its pointed tip drives deep into clay and hard soils, loosening it up so that a spade, fork or shovel can be used to remove debris more efficiently.

The handle of this Shocksafe digging bar is made from durable fibreglass that reduces the weight of this digging bar, making it easy to handle whilst also offering exceptional insulation against electrical shocks. This insulation allows the tool to meet BS8020:2011 tools for live working requirements, providing insulation against shocks up to 10,000V.

The head of this tool is made from durable steel designed to withstand years of use. This tool is easy to wield at only 6kg yet carries enough weight and momentum to be effective when used.
