T-Junction Ahead Post Mounted Sign- Diagram 505.1 R2/RA2 (Face Only)

The T- Junction sign means there is a right or left turn and the end of the current road. The right of way is shown by the direction the thicker line is pointing. The warning sign with the thicker arrow pointing to the left indicates priority turning left into the junction which is reversed when the diagram points right.

You will find this sign on the priority lane entering a T junction and may be used with a supplementary plate indicating the distance ahead to the turning from the sign. Full details on installation requirements can be found on page 11 of the TSRGD Guidelines, Chapter 4.

The size of this sign is 600mm, like most other warning signs. This can be changed if the sizing is too big or small. Please contact our sales team if this is the case.

R2 Class 2 Reflectivity

R2 (RA2) Reflectivity makes this sign suitable for use with vehicles and reflects around 32% of the light that hits the surface back to the driver. This material is also called HIP which stands for high intensity prismatic.

Post Mountable

Twin rear channels mean the sign face can be clamped in place and will not twist once secured. The clamps are available to supply separately and are not included with the sign face.

Composite Substrate

The backing of the sign is made from a rigid plastic sandwiched between two skins of aluminium making the sign strong and very durable. As there is no steel it will not rust giving a great lifespan.
