SpeedFinder Vehicle Activated Radar Sign | Slow Down

Our simple SpeedFinder radar sign features an easy-to-read display that warns drivers that they are exceeding the speed limit by displaying a message reading “SLOW DOWN” along with the speed the sign has detected.

The SpeedFinders modular design means you can configure this sign to run from either mains power or batteries, making it ideal for remote locations. If choosing to power by batteries, we can supply a solar module, allowing you to keep the sign charged for longer periods of use. A battery charger is included as standard and spare batteries are available if needed to keep one on charge at all times.

The simple design of this sign makes it exceptionally easy to deploy. There is no app to install or computer system to interface the sign with; setup is as simple as turning two dials within the case. These dials select the speed limit at which the sign triggers and the duration you want the sign to illuminate for when triggered. You then just need to find a suitable location to mount the sign. To make mounting easy, we include a mounting plate with the sign and can supply spare mounting plates if required, allowing you to deploy the sign at multiple locations around a village.

You can set the sign to trigger at any speed between 5mph and 75mph, making it ideal for on and off-highway use, including use in car parks, construction sites and quarries.

Adjustable display times 0-7.5 seconds

Select how long you want the sign to illuminate after it triggers. Keep in mind longer durations will deplete the battery faster.
