Procity Cigarette Ashtray Bollard

Procity’s innovative Cigarette Ashtray Bollard is a Cigarette-Shaped Bollard designed for outdoor use in public spaces (where smoking is legal) and near smoking shelters. A visually striking solution designed to combat cigarette butt litter and enhance pedestrian safety, this bollard offers the same ease of installation as traditional bollards while offering a compelling alternative depending on the environment and use case.

Boasting the capacity to hold around 3000 cigarette butts (twice that of the Procity's similar ashtray bollard), this bollard provides a robust solution for cigarette waste disposal. The emptying process is quick, easy, and hygienically done through the bottom of the tube.

Built using a steel tube (with a diameter of 76mm) and a cast aluminium top, the bollard features a cigarette stubber grille for extinguishing cigarettes and preventing larger objects from falling into the ashtray. The finish is galvanised and painted in a range of different colour choices, including “cigarette colours” - making the bollard look like a standing cigarette. Each bollard includes a cigarette-shaped decal for user clarity.

Emptying

Emptying the bollard can be done in just 4 steps - its as easy as that!

1. Unlock the lock at the bottom of the bollard.
   • This is either a padlock for the bolt-down version or a triangle key for the cast-in version.
2. Pull the top tube out of its base
3. Remove the plug at the bottom of this tube
4. Empty the contents into a receptacle for responsible disposal
