5mph Speed Limit Sign Post Mounted Diagram 670 R2/RA2

The 5 mph sign is almost exclusively used on private roadways, car parks and construction sites. It is used to indicate that there is a 5 mph speed limit in place. The sign features a black number 5 on a white background with a red ring surround. This sign is part of our wider range of road signs and speed signs and is therefore produced to the same high quality as the rest of our post-mounted signs.

You will most commonly see 5mph speed limit signs when visiting shopping centres, schools, and factories where speeds need to be kept near to walking pace. They are a perfect accessory to our speed bump kits!

There are several sizes to choose from, which size that you select depends on the expected viewing distance and speed of traffic approaching the sign (before entering the speed limit). The sign is produced to the same criteria as those listed under Diagram 670 for permanent road signage.
