Medium Interlocking Sign Channel - 1m

Medium sign channels, commonly used by signmakers, are the perfect item to convert surface mounted signs into post mounted signs. These interlocking channels are 1m in length and can be cut to size using a hacksaw reducing waste and maximizing the flexibility of usage. If you require these channels in lengths over 1m, please contact our sales team for a quote on longer lengths of sign rails.

These sign channels are made from aluminium and finished in a light grey colour matching the rear finish of most composite signs. To fix these sign rails to your sign faces, you can use adhesive bonding tape or you can attach them using rivets. (please note when using rivets on a sign with the face already applied, you could cause damage to the face, please consider this when selecting your channel application).

Once you have attached these channels to your sign face, you will need some sign fixings such as; channel clamp or an anti-rotational sign clip to mount them to your sign posts. You can find all of our sign fasteners and fixings in our sign accessories section.

Do I Need Interlocking Rails?

Interlocking rails are only required when mounting single signs made up from multiple faces. For example; larger signs due to their weight are often made up of multiple faces to stop them from twisting or moving once mounted. For regular-sized signage or signage made up of a single component, interlocking rails are not required but will still do the same job.
