JSP Force 8 Typhoon Half Mask With PressToCheck A2P3 Filters

The JSP Force 8 Half Mask With PressToCheck A2P3 Filters is ideal for those that are working with organic vapours and gasses with boiling points over 65C. Some example use cases would include working with solvent based paints and paint stripping agents.

The kit contains a medium-sized JSP Force 8 Mask along with two A2P3 press to check filters, giving you everything you need to get to work in one package. Don't forget to purchase spare A2P3 press to check filters, as they do expire after an amount of time. Keeping a spare set on the shelf can save you from having to stop work to wait for resupplies later.

The A2P3 filters included in this kit compliment the Force 8 mask perfectly; they feature a hard plastic casing that protects the internal filter medium, ensuring they are not easily damaged by outside forces.. The filter cartridges can easily be removed from the mask with a twist and lock action, allowing you to quickly and easily replace them as and when required.

Comfortable Design

The soft rubber material used for this mask makes it comfortable to wear whilst working. The head and neck straps are easily adjusted to achieve a good seal without overtightening.

CR2 Reflectives

Each mask features four reflective sections that bounce light back at its source, ensuring the mask (and the wearer) is visible even in low light conditions.

Durable Harness

The elasticated harness is easy to position and readily adjusted. The elasticated nature of the harness ensures that it applies even pressure to the mask, ensuring a good fit.

Typhoon Valve

The typhoon valve on this mask ensures that exhaled moisture and heat is vented to the outside world, reducing breathing resistance and extending the lifespan of the filters being used.

Spare Parts Available

If a component wears out or becomes damaged, we have a large selection of spare parts available, including diaphragms, head straps and O rings, keeping your mask going for longer.

Conforms

This mask is supplied with CE marks and conforms to EN 140. A use guide, as well as a maintenance guide, are included in the packaging of the mask.

Easily Cleaned

This mask can be completely stripped down to its core component parts for easy cleaning and maintenance. This allows you to inspect the mask, ensuring everything is working as it should.

Compatibility

This mask system is cross-compatible with much of the JSP PPE range, allowing you to wear face shields, ear defenders, goggles, and helmets simultaneously.

Press to Check

Simply pinch the filter cartridges and breath in; the mask should then collapse onto the face indicating a good seal. It indicates a poor fit or other issues if you can still breathe in.

Filter Media Protection

The hard case ensures that the filter media is protected from water droplet splashes and physical damage, ensuring performance is not prematurely reduced.

Valved Filters

Inlet valves in the filters ensure that exhaled breath does not contaminate the filters with moisture which will degrade the filtration performance.

Easy Installation

These filters can be quickly and conveniently swapped out by simply twisting them and unlocking them from the mask. Installation is just as simple.
