Blue Diamond GRP Mini Mesh Walkway Grating Non-slip Composite Flooring

GRP Mini Mesh grating comes in large sheets 4038x1262mm in size, allowing it to be quickly deployed on-site or at an installation location with minimal joints. It is easily cut to size without specialist equipment and is very lightweight and easy to transport compared to its steel alternative. If you require elements of the installation to be pre-cut to size, we have a cutting service available.

This ultra-high traction grating is perfect for use in critical areas such as factories, construction sites, and dockyards where a slip and fall could be deadly. The free-draining nature of this grid means it is used around areas that are persistently soaked in water, such as dockside pontoons, offshore oil and gas infrastructure, or just a particularly muddy construction site.

Made from durable GRP, this grating is lightweight, cost-competitive against wood, metal, and other alternative walkway materials, resistant to UV, impact, and abrasion, and non-conductive.  All these features really do make it a great product for a range of commercial and industrial installations.

This mat is rated a 3 out of 3 for slip resistance based on testing from ASTM C1028-89 and DIN-E-51130, 51097, and customer feedback. The higher the level, the better. This rating is ideal for areas that have a high risk of slipping.

Wear Resistant Level 3

This mat has been tested for abrasion resistance and scored a 3 out of 3 (the highest score). In accordance with ASTM D3844-92, accelerated wear testing includes subjecting a sample to an abrasive wheel for 5000 cycles. This wear-resistant mat is ideal for heavy-duty applications.
