The cast-in fixing kit is a foundation cage that is designed to be sunk into the ground leaving four threaded studs protruding from the ground so that the bollard can be easily fixed. This fixing method is ideal for installations where there is no existing concrete to fix into.

The foundation cage requires a casting of ST2 concrete 350 x 350 x 350mm. Once the excavation has been made the concrete can be poured and the cage can be set in plate side up and levelled using a spirit level.
Once the concrete has set the bollard can be placed over the protruding studs. Once this is done the bollard will be ready for action.
