Carters Shocksafe Insulated Sumo Chisel End Digging Bar BS8020

This SUMO Shocksafe Chisel digging bar is ideal for carving out holes with squared-off edges, especially in confined areas. Its narrow blade delivers enough pressure that it can cut and split through even the heaviest soils. Setting SUMO digging bar apart from its standard Shocksafe chisel bar is its loading capacity of 250kg, making it one of the strongest digging bars on the market.

Critically, this digging bar features an insulated shaft made from fibreglass. This shaft offers the exceptional insulation required to meet BS8020:2011, allowing the tool to be used around live conductors carrying up to 10,000V with reduced danger.

The head of this tool makes light work of stubborn substrates, and the extra strong handle lets you leverage stones and rocks out of the way whenever they are encountered.
