3m™ VHB™ Surface Cleaner Sachet
Use these cleaning wipes to provide optimum adhesion when using 3m™ VHB™ 5952F tape. The wipes ensure the surfaces are clean and clear from grease, dust and oily substances.
The wipes are odourless and a safe option for various cleaning tasks, especially preparing surfaces for applying bonding tape. These isopropyl alcohol wipes evaporate quickly and do not leave marks behind, so the surface is clean and ready to work with without delay.
It is highly recommended to avoid using domestic cleaning products which might leave residue and other contaminants behind reducing the performance of adhesive tapes. This could lead to premature adhesive failure. Alternatively, you can use a 50:50 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and water.
