Blue traffic cones are used to warn of overhead structures and obstacles within road works such as power cables and bridges. We offer three different sizes these include 500mm, 750mm and 1 metre. The Blue Dominator cone is a popular choice because it's become established in the market and is of the high-quality 2 part construction.
In the last few years, the highways agency have introduced coloured cones to create awareness of different hazards that may be nearby. As briefly outlined above the blue coloured traffic cone is commonly used to warn of an overhead structure. One of the most common overhead obstructions is electrical cables. The blue cones can be uses as a paired item with a yellow 'Danger overhead Cables' cone sleeves in this circumstance (please note that the cone sleeves only fit 750mm and 1metre cones).
Customisation is available on our blue cones, if you require your company branding embossed onto the cone base and top that is possible as well as custom colours. The minimum quantities for these are marked in the table below.
