The ProDec 12’’ Taping Knife is a highly versatile part of a drywaller’s toolkit. Its use is to patch drywall, lay tape and evenly apply paints among other uses. The knife has a high-quality flexible steel blade which is tempered & lacquered. The wide 12’’ (300mm) blade is ideal for drywall finishing since it allows you to apply pressure on a large surface area.
Just like our vinyl smoother, the smoothing knife is also great for floor paint application on large surface areas. It can also be used as a painting shield when painting around walls, corners and edges to keep surfaces clear of unwanted paint.
