JSP PowerCap Infinity PAPR Complete Unit
The JSP PowerCap Infinity is the gold standard of powered air respirator systems, providing not only respiratory protection but head and face protection, with the ability to add hearing protection if required. This makes it as close to an all-in-one piece of above-the-neck PPE as you will find anywhere in the marketplace.
The PowerCap Infinity is built around the solid foundation of JSP’s EVO5 safety helmet. It is highly adjustable and offers excellent impact protection from falling objects and everyday hazards encountered on construction sites. A ‘twin turbo’ blower unit has been mounted to this outstanding helmet, drawing up to 160 litres of air per minute through two easily changed filter cartridges and delivering it to the wearer as required with an automatically adjusted flow rate.
The face visor on the JSP Power Cap Infinity features class 1 optics and conforms to EN166.B, making it suitable for use with power tools such as grinders and wall chasers. Those with beards will find this respirator ideal due to its "loose" fit, which eliminates the need for face-fit testing.

The PowerCap Infinity delivers 160 litres per minute of purified air, making it suitable even for high-intensity jobs with high physical exertion.

Adjustable Fit
The EVO5 Helmet that makes up the foundation of the package has 3d height adjustment, allowing you to get a comfortable and proper fit for maximum protection.
Facial Hair Friendly
If you have facial hair, this is one of the only ways to protect yourself from common hazardous dust types encountered on site.
Ear Protection Compatible
Designed with the Sonis helmet-mounted ear defenders in mind, the PowerCap infinity can accommodate hearing protection for sites with dangerous noise levels.
No Face Fit Test Needed
The PowerCap Infinity uses a pocket of filtered, above-ambient-pressure air around the face to keep out hazardous dust particles.

Battery Life
Get up to 8 hours of working time from each battery pack charge. The included heads-up display and audio notifications keep you up to speed on battery levels and flow rates throughout your shift.
Visual Indicators
A heads-up display within the visor keeps you informed of the battery and filter condition.
Audio Alarm
An audible alarm notifies you when the batteries are running low, and you should get ready to stop work.
TH3 Performance
EPA high-efficiency filters on the PowerCap Infinity deliver unparalleled performance. Meeting EN 12941:1998 + A2: 2008 TH3P with an NPF of 5000 (UK APF40).

Anti Fog

The supplied optical class 1 visor protects the face from impacs and gives you crystal-clear visibility of the task at hand with undistorted optics.
Panoramic View
The visor has been designed to give an excellent unencumbered panoramic view, ensuring exceptional situational awareness at all times, which is highly important on bustling construction sites.
EN166.B Visor
Protection for the face from flying debris thrown out by machinery and power tools. The visor component has been tested and can withstand a 6mm ball bearing travelling at 270mph.
EN397
The included EVO 5 helmet conforms to EN397, making it suitable for use in most construction environments.
Adjustable Air Flow Rate
The automatic airflow management system constantly monitors the amount of air required by the user and adjusts the flow accordingly. This prolongs filter life and battery life.
Easy Maintenance
The face-sealing fabric shroud can be washed when required to keep the unit clean. A chamlon sweatband in the front of the helmet is quick and easy to change out when needed.
Easy Change Filters
The filters can be quickly and easily swapped out for replacements when required using the twist and lock bayonet fitting.
Is the JSP PowerCap Infinity Suitable For you?
Although the PowerCap Infinity is an excellent unit, it does, like all Respiratory protection, have restrictions on where and how it should be used. For example, the mask should not be used with asbestos or with gasses, Which the alternative Force 10 Full-Face Mask is an ideal candidate for (so long as you do not have a beard).
With this in mind, you should ALWAYS conduct a proper risk assessment before commencing work to identify the required protection factor and any other potential issues that may be faced to ensure you are wearing the correct RPE for your job.
