JSP Pioneer 2 Point Rescue Harness FAR0205

JSP Pioneer Rescue Harness In Use Together With Tripod And Winch

The JSP Pioneer Rescue Harness is a two-point harness with an additional connection point for lowering or raising personnel. This extra loop keeps the wearer vertical, making the harness perfect for use when entering confined spaces where a traditional harness would tilt the wearer forward or backwards too much.

The harness features alloy steel quick-release buckles on both leg loops and the chest strap, which makes taking the harness on and off quick and easy. As with the rest of the Pioneer range of harnesses, this JSP confined space harness features colour-coded leg and arm loops, making orientating the harness when putting it on a simple task. Plastic clips next to all adjusters keep any excess strap neatly tucked away to avoid tangles.

Adjusters on the shoulders, chest and leg straps ensure that all users can get a comfortable, secure fit. A front anchor point is available for use when required, whilst the rear dorsal anchor point has been extended with a sling to be used in combination with the overhead extension when used with fall arrest equipment. This harness, of course, meets all EN requirements of EN 361:2002 & EN 1497:2007 and is rated up to 140kg.

Key Features of The Pioneer 2-point Rescue Harness

Overhead Connection Point For Winches

Overhead Connection Point

This keeps the wearer vertical, making lowering operators into confined entrances easier. Especially useful in a rescue situation where a user may be unconscious and unable to orient themselves.

5 Adjustment Points On A Pioneer Harness

5 Adjustment Points

Adjusters on this harness's chest, shoulder and leg loops allow you to achieve a comfortable fit quickly.

Easily Identifiable Anchor Point

Easily Identifiable Anchor Points

All loading points are indicated with an “A” combined with a directional arrow, allowing for fast identification of loading and anchoring points.

Rear Anchor Point Extension

Rear Anchor Point Extension

Allows the rear anchor point to be used for “arrest” applications. This can be connected to the overhead loop for added securing when lowering with a winch block.

Fall Indicator On A Pioneer Harness

Fall Indicators

Easy-to-read fall indicators clearly indicate when the harness has been worn during an incident, and this helps ensure that the harness is not worn again by mistake.

Extra Large Dorsal Plate

Extra Large Dorsal Plate

Provides better support at the back of the harness, ensuring that all straps are loaded equally for added comfort and load distribution.

Colour Coded Straps For Easy Orientation

Colour-Coded Straps

The leg straps differ in colour from the shoulder straps allowing you to orientate the harness whilst putting quickly.

Quick Release Buckles

Quick Release Buckles

Quick-release buckles on the leg straps and chest make taking the harness on and off easier and faster than parachute-style buckles present on the rest of the range.
