JSP EVOGuard C2 Industrial Visor
The C2 Industrial visor is a competent piece of the face and eye protection range from JSP. It is compatible with many of the EVO helmets and the JSP brow guard range. When mounted to a helmet, this visor achieves a rating of ‘A’ for high energy impact or 190m/s. When mounted on a brow guard, this is reduced to 160m/s.
The C2 visor incorporates several technologies that make it stand out from the crowd, including an N-rated anti-mist film and K-rated anti-scratch coating. This anti-scratch coating helps prolong the lifespan of the visor before it needs replacement.
A hinge kit is included with the JSP Face Shield EVOguard C2 visor, allowing you to pivot the visor up and out of the way whilst it is not in use or if you simply need to take a sip of a drink. The Visor is fully compatible with JSP’s range of half masks, including the Force 8. If you are looking for this visor with added chin protection, the C4-Max visor is the choice for you.
Key Features of the C2 Industrial Visor
Flip-Up Visor
When the visor is not in use, it can be flipped up out of the way, removing the need to take the visor on and off between tasks.
Impact Resistance (Brow Guard)
Offering a B impact rating, the C2 visor, when mounted onto a Browguard, can protect against medium energy impacts at 120m/s).
Impact Resistance (Helmet)
When attached to a compatible JSP EVO helmet, the C2 Visor is capable of withstanding High Energy Impact (190m/s), keeping your face safe from flying debris that could otherwise scar or blind.
Prescription Glasses Compatible
You can wear this brow guard with prescription glasses without interference. Ensuring your vision is clear at all times.
Anti Fog & Anti Scratch Lens
The optics have both a K-rated anti-scratch coating and an N-rated anti-mist and fogging coating, keeping your vision as clear as possible.
UV Protection
2: UV filter (EN170) protects from harmful UV. UV 2C-1.2 2: UV filter (EN170) protects from harmful UV. C: Unimpaired colour perception. 1.2: High light transmission.
Hot Particle Impact Protection
Can protect from high-speed particles at extreme temperatures such as those seen whilst grinding or matching steel and other materials.
Splash Protection
Level 3 splash protection ensures you are safe from splashes and liquid droplets where the shield covers the face.
Molten metal protection
Rated 9, The face visor can protect from molten metal droplets often seen whilst grinding and welding.
No Distortion Optics
This helmet features air vents along the top ridge, allowing hot air to naturally circulate freely out of the helmet, drawing in cooler air. This convection cools the helmet interior.
