Black Bull Low-Level Flexible Impact Protection Barrier Posts
Black Bull designed this low-level flexible barrier system to protect walls, machinery and goods from collisions. Common sources of impact may be from lightweight handling equipment such as powered pallet trucks and other hand-operated equipment. The flexible beams reduce the risk of damage to the floor and offending equipment significantly.
This high-quality low-level protection system features flexible beams made from Polypropylene. Steel posts with large fixing base plates support the flexible, shock-absorbent beams. The steel posts feature a black powder-coated finish. All of this ensures that the barrier is resistant to heavier impact stresses and capable of withstanding everyday knocks and scrapes.
Installation of the system is easy, requiring only a drill and other simple hand tools. All fixings are available separately. This system, like the full-size Black Bull Hybrid Flex Barrier, is modular; you can install it in almost any format to meet your on-site requirements.

Choosing The Right Option
Corner Post
This post type as the name suggests is for use on a corner. It will turn your barrier at a 90° angle. Please ensure that you have ordered the “corner rail” option to use with this.
Centre Post
If you are joining two posts together to make a longer section of a barrier this centre support post is what you need. Straight-through rails are what you need for this barrier.
End Post
This post is designed for the end of a run. It is one-sided and requires a “straight through” rail when installed.
Black Bull Low-Level Components
Posts
The posts come in three formats, centre, end and corner. These options all stand at 255mm tall and feature a 200x200x10mm base plate.
Beams
Beams for this system are available in 3 sizes and with a choice of end profiles. Which end profile is required depends on their installation location.
