Firmus Barrier Chapter 8 Compliant Pedestrian Safety Barrier

This new iteration of the Firmus Barrier comes with beefed-up feet that provide extra strength, durability and stability. The Firmus pedestrian barrier system is excellent for use around any hazardous area. Produced from durable blow moulded polyethylene it can take day-to-day site use and shrug off bumps and scrapes.

The orange blow-moulded section of the barrier is a generous two metres long, letting you deploy large installations quickly. For improved visibility, a high-quality red and white reflective panel is easy to see at night. This reflective strip helps warn motorists, cyclists and pedestrians of any potential hazard, even in low light and poor weather conditions.

The Firmus barrier features a universal interlocking hook and eye design. This linking system facilitates the joining of multiple units into a single barrier “run”. You can even link the Firmus with barriers from other manufacturers. Linking the barriers together ensures that pedestrians do not accidentally walk between barriers into potential danger.
