JSP 2m Steel Cable Anchorage Sling FAR0505
This steel cable anchorage sling comes with two pre-formed eyelets at either end, both of which have a steel thimble to reduce wear on the cable. The entire 2m length of the 8mm galvanised wire between the loop has been coated in PVC to protect against abrasion.
This steel cable is ideal for more demanding applications where conditions place a more significant toll on equipment. This may be during work outdoors on construction sites, oil rigs, and other harsh environments.
The sling has a 23kN breaking load and conforms to EN 795:2012 Type B. It is an excellent hard-wearing alternative to a rope sling that may not survive in some environments where this sling thrives. With a total length of 2m, it can be positioned around larger structures such as masts and trees without an issue.
